Our Pepper dairy was established in 2007 to meet the continued growth in consumer demand for grass-fed organic milk. We began raising our organic-born heifers at that farm in 2013 when we purchased additional acres and transitioned the land to organic. In 2018, we converted the Pepper Dairy to be a 100% grass-fed organic dairy farm.
